Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in Drama Tots classes you are agreeing to take full responsibility for the safety of your child throughout the classes and whilst arriving and leaving the premises.

We ask that your child is closely supervised throughout the sessions and that you enjoy the activities together.

All our sessions are created to be fun, exciting and appropriate for your child’s age. However we will be using toys, props and musical instruments which require supervision and we recommend that you do not allow your child to put these in their mouths. Drama Tots does not assume liability for the health and safety of your family.

We ask that you do not attend a class if you or your child have a contagious illness for example sickness, diarrhoea, chicken pox or impetigo. Please take advice from your doctor and be clear of all symptoms for 48 hours before returning.

No place is guaranteed at Drama Tots until payment for the term fees is received. Our current class participants will be offered an exclusive period where they can book in advance of the general public for the next term of classes. After this, places are offered on a first come, first served basis.

If you are unable to attend a class we will offer you a class on a different day, however no monetary refund will be given.

If a class is cancelled by Drama Tots we will do our best to provide a suitable alternative. If this is not possible a refund will be given.

Photos may be taken of your own child during the classes but please ask permission if any other child will be in the photo.

Drama Tots cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions during or after our classes.

By attending classes you understand that Drama Tots owns the copyright for all lesson plans. The class content must not be used for the benefit of any business which competes with Drama Tots. Drama Tots has full public liability insurance and all teachers have an enhanced DBS check.

Drama Tots is inclusive and we treat everyone respectfully and equally.
